Just to make it clear, we are a casual guild with no real raiding goals, though we do raids when we got ppl who want to, but we'r not anything that resembles a hardecore raiding guild

well if u feel like it i can tank a random for u guys and u will see my awsomness

we let ppl in the guild more on their people skills and attitude then their playing skills or gear (though i have ofc done a gearcheck just to see )
